Our Returns Commitment
FrameShift Pro is committed to customer satisfaction. If your equipment arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will resolve the issue promptly.
Eligible Returns
You may return equipment within 7 days of delivery if:
- The equipment is faulty or defective on arrival
- The equipment was damaged during delivery
- The wrong item was delivered
- The equipment does not match the description on your invoice
⚠️ Equipment must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Non-Returnable Items
- Equipment that has been used, installed, or modified
- Equipment returned after 7 days without prior written approval
- Equipment with missing packaging, accessories, or serial number stickers removed
- Software, licences, or digital products once activated
How to Initiate a Return

- Include your order number, description of the issue, and photographs
We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and arrange collection at no cost to you for qualifying returns.
Refunds
Once the returned equipment is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days to your original payment method.
Warranty Claims
For equipment that develops a fault after the 7-day return window, warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. We assist with this process at no charge. See our Warranty Policy for details.
